It is said that a smiling bride is the most beautiful bride; but the reality is – its not just about the smile. A bride will look beautiful if she has a perfect - wedding dress, hairstyle, accessories and of course, a perfect groom! But, the most important thing for a bride to look beautiful is a glowing skin. Facial, manicure, pedicure, spa, hair treatments, nail care; in short, a complete pre-bridal beauty treatment will give the bride that radiant and rosy skin.

The days leading up to a wedding are some of the most stressful days a girl can experience; with last minute chaos, to the sheer pressure of it all. And all this takes a huge toll on the bride’s skin, with many brides suffering from skin breakouts, pimples, dullness and other skin issues right during the big day. To avoid this, the bride needs to plan a beauty regime, at least six months before the wedding.
To have a picture perfect bride on her wedding day; here is a quick guideline of treatments that should be followed –

6 months

  • Consult your dermatologist and start treatments like Microderm abrasion, Restylane, Botox, Sculptra, Juvaderm, etc.
  • Start with weight loss programs, if needed, to get a perfect figure for your wedding gown.
  • A facial, each month for 6 months will give a radiant complexion on the wedding day.

3 months

  • Ideal time to have a full body spa, to help you relax and feel rejuvenated.
  • Take a hair spa, to make your hair strong and glossy.
  • Go for a Chemical peel treatment which will remove the dull layer of your skin to reveal the taut, baby-soft skin.
  • A manicure and pedicure is a must, since your hand should look beautiful when he slips the ring in your finger.

1 month

  • A facial, with a full body exfoliation will be plus as it will help you relax, a must with all the wedding preparation commotions.
  • If you want to go for hair cut, hair coloring or perming, this is the right time. But save the highlights for two weeks prior the wedding.
  • Deep conditioning and massage of your tresses is also recommended at this stage.
  • If you want a bright and sparkling smile, visit your dentist and have a teeth whitening treatment.

1 week

  • The best time to get a full body wax, eyebrows and upper lips done.
  • A light moisturizing facial, 4 days before the wedding is recommended.
  • A spray tan 2 days before the wedding will give you a beautiful golden tan.

The day before

Time again for a manicure and pedicure and a full body massage to calm your nerves and make you relax before the D day!
