Toasts - Who says what?
When you ask your wedding party and parents to say a speach right away
they cringe. Don't worry this is normal. Just reassure them it can be short and sweet, or offer to have them just do the toast (if they have a fear of public speaking).
The bride's parents toast - groom, father of the groom
The groom's parents toast - bride, groom, in-laws, guests
The wedding party - anyone
The bride and groom as a couple - anyone
Maid of honour & Best Man - bride, groom, parents
The bride - best man, bride's dad, groom, maid of honour
The groom - bride

Best Man

Tell the Groom to place his hand over over the Bride's. Then proceed to tell him to remember this moment and cherish it... because this will be the last time he'll ever have the upper hand!"
